Chicken Wing Party!

Hello BBQ friends!

We are planning to have a chicken wing party on January 1st. There will be whole jumbo chicken wings smoked with black cherry wood, then flash deep fried to create that crispy outer layer we love so much. We haven’t figured out which sauce to use yet but there will be a few to choose from. These delicious meat treats will not be available to purchase but they will be complimentary to enjoy on site so come hang out! You are welcome to bring your beverages of choice if you prefer 😉

There will also be delicious smokey bacon samples available to enjoy!

NEW Winter Hours!

We are adjusting our hours for the winter season. We are moving all ordering to Saturdays and will NOT be open on Fridays. We will be open Saturdays all through the winter unless otherwise posted on the website or in email announcements. Pick up hours are still 5-7pm at the top of the High Bridge in Saint Paul! Pricing Update...

Hello BBQ Friends,

We would like to start by saying thank you for being a part of our community and joining us on this whirlwind of a journey. Our barbecue hobby turned full blown operation is an experience that continues to surprise us each and every weekend. We truly love what we do and that it brings wonderful people like you into our lives. We love the brief moments of conversation we get to have and learn about you. We are building a community one weekend at a time.

We want to continue on this adventure with all of you but need to make some adjustments in our prices. You have probably noticed a general increase in cost of goods across the board. Meat costs are up as well and are currently 55-90% higher than they were six months ago. We will continue to provide you with the same outstanding product that you have come to enjoy. Beginning this week we are increasing our prices $2-$3 per portion. Our brisket and pork portions will continue to be a hearty 1.5 pounds. Our delicious baby back pork ribs remain comparable to other restaurants at $30 per slab. Our beans will increase to $12 and will continue to have the same ridiculous amount of pork shoulder in them.

Music and BBQ at the High Bridge!

Hello BBQ friends…

We are looking forward to another outstanding weekend of barbecue and are welcoming back our friends Trevor McSpadden and Mary Cutrufello for some sweet country western tunes! Check out one of their new tracks Pride of Saint Paul! Join us this Saturday, June 5th from 5-7pm. Bring some chairs, adult beverages and anything else you would like to enjoy while you sit back and take in the tunes with the best view of the city! If you are planning on grabbing some BBQ we suggest you order ahead to make sure you get some. We will be getting a delivery of Bebe Zito Ice Cream on Saturday as well so ask about flavors when you pick up!
