Due to the wide variability in size of this product we have decided to charge per pound of the actual finished product of portioned orders. You have the option of ordering a full plate of these tasty meat sticks at a slightly reduced fixed price of $80. They will be approximately 4 pounds each. Please continue to give us a heads up on how big of a portion you are looking for within the 1.5-2.5 pound range, light, middle of the road or heavy! We are happy to accommodate if we can. If you DO NOT make a request when ordering you may be the last person to pick up and be left with a size you do not prefer as an option. Cost is $22.00 per pound for portioned orders and can be paid at time of pick up.

This mouthwatering slab of meat on a stick smokes for a full eight hours with nothing but black cherry wood and we have the smoke ring to prove it. Our seasoning creates a dark crispy outer bark that envelops the juicy flavor-filled center. Robert has even outdone himself with this one! These meat sticks can often be a very fatty (marbled) cut of meat. If you are not into super rich and fatty this may not be the best option for you but, you may have to try it and decide for yourself.
