We have decided to change our purchasing process for our beef rib item. Beef ribs are sold in 3 or 4 bone plates, we have historically purchased the four bone option and sold them in pairs. The size of the product has become very inconsistent which has made it very challenging to ensure you are getting the 1.5 pound portion you are expecting. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority! Next in line to that is a stress free process for us, mostly for the Blonde Lady…The Bald Guy pretty much has the Zen thing nailed! We think this will be an improvement in the process so we are going to give it a whirl!
We have decided to charge per pound for each beef rib portion. Each package will contain two-four bones, but each package will be weighed and priced accordingly. Per pound price will be $22.00. The finished weights per package may range from 1.25 pounds up to 2.5 pounds. If you would prefer a heavier or a lighter package, please note that in your order. We are always happy to accommodate a request if we are able! If you do not indicate a size preference in your order we will ask you when you arrive for pick up.
You will notice that the online price is zero dollars. You will still be able to pay online if you order other items, or you can choose the “PAYLATER” option if you prefer to pay for everything together.
